Hello, and welcome to our website. My name is Dale Fisher, and as President and CEO of Techvantage, I’d like to invite you to further explore the service and product solutions we have to offer.
TechVantage is a Nevada corporation with an additional administrative office in southern Oregon. We are officially listed as TechVantage Billing Solutions, Inc. The genesis of this business has ties to the world of medical billing and additional outsource services for medical offices and small to medium sized business.
Currently, we are starting to make a push into internet marketing with the idea of making this a large part of our business. We hope to expand this into assisting small businesses develop an online presence as well as market their products and services. We are really excited about this area of growth.

The founders of TechVantage Billing Solutions, Inc., Dale and Paula Fisher, have been involved in Business Management and the medical field since the early 1990’s. In addition to the business, Dale works as a Business Education Teacher and has operated a technology consulting firm. He has vast experience in the arenas of Technology, Business Administration and Accounts Receivable to go with his Master’s degree (Magna Cum Laude) earned in 1992. In addition, Dale is a CHRS (Certified Healthcare Reimbursement Specialist), Certified Real Estate Appraiser, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Certified Trading Advisor (CTA; for commodity futures) and is a Certified Microsoft Office User Specialist (MOUS).
Paula has been a Physical Therapist for the past 16 years. She received a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies and B.S. in Physical Therapy from Eastern Washington University.

Dale has taught in the Hidden Valley High School Business Education department since 2004, and has been an educator since 1992 at both the high school and college levels. His licensed teaching endorsements include: Business Administration, English, Math, Health and Physical Eduction, to go along with his Career and Technical Education (CTE) endorsement for Marketing Management.
Courses taught: Business Math, Algebra, Marketing, Marketing Management, Advanced Marketing, Sports and Entertainment Marketing, Internet Marketing, Applied Business Projects, Computer Applications, Microsoft Office Suite, Web Design with HTML, Web Design with Dreamweaver, Computer Graphics (integrated Adobe Design and Web suites), Keyboarding, Accounting and Personal Finance. Quite the array!
Dale has also been involved in FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America), a high school student leadership organization focused on developing student leadership and business skills. Together with his co-adviser, the HV chapter has a string of seven straight Oregon FBLA “Chapter of the Year” awards, and has won the award for the top Oregon business plan for five straight years! Included in this mix are multiple national top ten finishes.
Dale is also working on a deal to partner with a local community college to teach an entreprenuership course assisting people in starting their own business. Topics of this course include: Evaluating the Potential of Business, The Business Plan, Computer Tools, Business Organization, Licenses & Permits, Business Insurance, Location and Leasing, Accounting and Cash Flow, How to Finance Your Business, E-Commerce Business, Buying a Business or Franchise, Opening and Marketing, Expanding and Problems, International Trade, and The Business Start-Up Kit.
Prior to his arrival at Hidden Valley, he was a professor of Exercise Physiology and head track and field coach at Southern Oregon University in Ashland, Oregon. He also served as the University’s strength and conditioning coach and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), USA Weightlifting Level three Certified coach and a USA Track and Field Level three certified coach.
Dale has written an extensive guide to periodized training methodology and program design to go along with a computerized system for training program development. He was honored as the USA Track and Field Coaches Association Region 1 Men’s and Women’s Coach of the year guiding both his teams to top 6 finishes at the National Track and Field Championships that boasted 18 all americans.
Dale himself was a colligiate Track and Field All-American and national runner-up. He specialized in Throwing events. In addition, he competed in weightlifting events and fell just short on his quest for Olympic qualifying in both sports.
More About Paula
Paula is a Physical Therapist working in both inpatient and outpatient services. Following her high school graduation as Valedictorian, Paula is a Graduate of SOU (Magna Cum Laude) and the Eastern Washington University School of Physical Therapy where she earned the school’s award for Highest Academic Achievement.
Paula was a three sport athlete in both high school and college competing in volleyball, basketball and track & field.
She enjoys her time with our three children, volunteering at Applegate Elementary School and being a 4H leader.
